Welcome to LoudCrowd! Please complete the following steps to complete your program setup/customizations after your kick-off call.

Below you will find additional resources to customize your program.

These are all optional but recommended!

Customize "Affiliate Commissions" campaign in Tremendous:

Your Client Strategist has integrated your Tremendous account in LoudCrowd and attached the Storefronts program to the "Affiliate Commissions" campaign in Tremendous. From here, you will need to do the following:

  • Update/customize the "Affiliate Commissions" campaign email template in Tremendous (instructions).

    • Once live, this email will automatically go out at the end of each month to anyone who earned commissions.

  • Be sure to upload sufficient funds before your commission payouts at the end of each month (instructions).

    • You will receive an email from LoudCrowd toward the end of each month indicating the earned commissions and necessary funds to upload.

Set up affiliate link/code discounts and commissions:

If you have not already done so, you can set up link/code discounts and commissions at any time in the program settings.

Add custom fields to your sign-up form:

This step allows you to collect additional member information at sign-up.

Create program landing page:

Program landing pages are a useful resource for hosting your sign-up form and important program information for potential and existing program members.

Set up content rewards:

Offer your creators additional incentives with content rewards! Our platform can support automatically sending discount codes (e.g. site credit) on a monthly basis to your program members for posting/tagging your brand a set number of times on Instagram and/or TikTok.

  • 1) From your Program, navigate to Program Activity > Add New Activity. Select the single-tiered reward option and link the reward to "Content Reward." Determine the monthly recurring post goal (e.g. 2 Reels/TikToks per month), and click "Launch now."

  • 2) Navigate to Settings > Rewards and upload bulk-generated discount codes for the amount determined (e.g. 2 Reels/TikToks per month = $50).

  • Reach out to your Client Strategist (or [email protected]) with any questions.

Send custom communications:

Share program updates, content tips, or any additional custom communications with your program members by integrating your own branded Klaviyo account.

  • 1) Integrate Klaviyo by following these instructions. Note that this additional Klaviyo integration will show as "Klaviyo (1)" in LoudCrowd – that is your branded Klaviyo.

  • 2) Send a dynamic list of your program members' emails to your Klaviyo by completing the following steps:

    • Navigate to Integrations and click "Test" next to the "Klaviyo (1)" integration

    • Type in your email and "LC_Welcome" as the Event ID, then click "Test." You should receive the following success message.

  • 3) In your Klaviyo, create a dynamic list of program members by completing the following steps:

    • Navigate to Lists & segments > Create New > Create segment

    • Name the segment (e.g. "LoudCrowd Program Members")

    • Beneath "Definition", select "What someone has done (or not done)" > Choose metric > LC_Welcome

    • Click "Create segment"

    • From here, you can send one-off campaigns or set up flows to send customized emails to this segment
