A campaign is a time-boxed initiative you run on top of your creator program: a launch, a seasonal push, a content drive. You pick who is invited, what they need to deliver, what they earn, and what they can see and do while it runs. This guide walks through every step of building one in the brand app, then covers the common ways brands set campaigns up and exactly what creators see and receive along the way.
If you're designing how tiers and campaigns fit together, see the Program Design Guide. For the messages LoudCrowd sends on its own, see LoudCrowd Notifications.
Before You Start
Where: Campaigns in the left nav, then Create New Campaign. The wizard has eight steps: Details, Capabilities, Participants, Deliverables, Rewards, Messaging, Settings, Review.
Save anytime: Every step except Messaging and Review has a Save Draft button. The campaign exists as a Draft from the moment you save the Details step, and clicking a Draft card on the Campaigns page reopens the wizard where you left off.
Have ready: your connected store, at least one connected Instagram or TikTok account, and your Email Branding set up (invites and welcomes go out under it). If you'll pay commissions or cash rewards, have your Tremendous integration connected too.
Decide your audience first. Campaigns are members-only: everyone you invite must already be an approved member of one of your programs. Whether you're inviting a whole program, a specific tier, or several programs at once changes which settings you need, and the Common Setups section below maps each case to the settings involved. Creators who aren't in a program yet need to be approved into one before you can invite them.
Two things lock after you save Details: the store and its currency can never be changed on a campaign. Pick the wrong store and you'll need to start a new campaign.
Step 1: Details
Campaign name — creators see this in their hub, so name it the way you'd announce it ("Spring Denim Drop").
Campaign dates — the start and end date. Campaigns begin at 12:00 AM and end at 11:59 PM in your timezone on the dates you pick. The start date must be tomorrow or later, and both dates are required to enable the campaign. The start date locks once the campaign is live, and neither date can ever be moved backward, so a campaign that has ended can't be extended.
Store — the connected store this campaign runs on. Storefronts, links, discount codes, and commissions all use this store. Permanent once saved.
Brand social account(s) — pick one Instagram and/or one TikTok account. Only posts that mention these accounts count toward the campaign's deliverables. At least one is required.
Step 2: Capabilities
Capabilities are what the campaign gives creators to sell with. Every capability starts off. Turn on only what this campaign needs.
How campaign settings relate to your program settings
A campaign is its own set of settings on the same store. It never edits your program.
Capability off: the campaign doesn't provide it. Creators who are already in your program keep using whatever your program already gives them (their existing storefront link, discount code, and commission rate), exactly as before. Creators who are not in a program simply don't have that thing.
Capability on: every campaign member gets a campaign-specific version, provisioned when they're approved: a campaign affiliate link and storefront, a campaign discount code, a campaign commission rate. These show in the campaign card in their hub. Anything your program already gave them keeps working alongside.
The campaign only sees campaign activity. Sales, revenue, new customers, and commissions are counted for the campaign when they come through the campaign's own links and codes. A sale through a creator's regular program link is credited to your program, not the campaign. So:
If any deliverable is Sales, Revenue, or New customers, or you want to pay campaign commissions, turn on Creator storefronts (and Discount code if your creators sell by code) so the campaign has something to attribute sales to.
If the campaign is content-only (Posts, Impressions, Content uploads), you can leave every capability off. Program members keep selling through their program links as usual.
The cards
Capability | What it gives creators | Settings when on |
Creator storefronts | A shoppable page per creator with a personalized affiliate link. Required for the campaign to track sales and pay commissions. | Base affiliate link URL (where links point; must be on your connected store domain), Hide sales price and display "View your price" button, Show products that are out of stock, Product picker collections (what creators can add to their campaign storefront), and Creator posts visibility (All, Only Approved, or None). |
Commissions | A commission on sales driven through campaign links and codes. The rate is assigned per invite group on the Participants step, so different groups can earn different rates. | Commission structure (create the commission tiers you'll assign to groups), Order maturation period (0 to 60 days to hold a sale before it's payable, so refunds settle first), and whether the Commissionable total includes Shipping and Tax (both on by default). Not offered for stores that pay commissions through an affiliate network such as Impact or AWIN. |
Tremendous payouts | How commissions and cash rewards are paid out. | Tremendous Integration and the Commission campaign in Tremendous to pay from. Required if Commissions is on. |
Discount code | A unique discount code per creator that followers use at checkout. | Configure the discount. Campaign codes are created inactive and activate automatically when the campaign goes live, deactivate while paused, and deactivate when it completes. You can enable a code early, but the confirmation warns you it will be redeemable before the campaign starts. |
Link discount | A discount applied automatically when a shopper arrives through a creator's campaign link. | Configure the discount. Same activation timing as Discount code. Only offered on stores that support automatic discounts. |
Step 3: Participants
This step decides who is invited and which invite group they land in when they accept. Nobody is a member until they accept an invite, and every creator you invite needs an email address on file.
Campaigns are members-only. Every invitee must already be an approved member of one of your programs. Staging someone who isn't is rejected with "These aren't current program members." To bring in a creator who isn't in a program yet, approve them into a program first, then invite them (see Common Setups below).
Add participants
Three ways to build the invite list. Use any combination.
Panel | Who it invites | How it works |
From program tiers | Every approved member of a program, or of one tier within a program, on the same store. Pick as many programs and tiers as you like. | A standing rule. Everyone who matches is invited when you enable, and anyone who joins that program or tier later is invited automatically while the campaign is Upcoming or Live (checked every 15 minutes). Removing a program or tier from the list never removes anyone already invited or joined. A creator you've removed or rejected is not re-invited. |
Hand-picked members | Individual program members you choose from your Social CRM. Filter by program or by Program Tier to find them. | Click + Add members to stage them. Staged creators are placed into an invite group automatically at enable unless you stage them into a specific group with that group's Stage members button. View staged shows the list. |
Add by email | Program members you have as a list of email addresses. | Paste addresses or upload a CSV with a single email column, up to 500 at a time. Each address must belong to a current program member; the rest are skipped. They're staged like hand-picked members. |
After you enable, the same controls live on the campaign's Invites tab, where adding a creator sends an invite immediately.
Invite groups
Every campaign has at least one invite group, a catch-all named Base Group that can't be deleted or capped. Click + Add invite group when different invitees should get different terms, and drag groups to set their fill order. Each group card has:
Invite group name — internal. Creators never see group names.
Max participants — a seat cap. Pending invites hold seats, so a group can't be oversold between invite and acceptance. Leave blank for unlimited.
Commission tier — the commission rate members of this group earn on campaign sales, chosen from the tiers you built on the Capabilities step, or No commission.
Welcome gift — "A reward for joining this invite group — earned once when a creator is approved into it." Click Add welcome gift. A group can have more than one. This is how different groups get different up-front gifts.
Fill order — the pill reads "Fills first", "Fills #2", and so on, with Base Group always "Fills last". This is the order joiners are placed into groups when they aren't pinned to one.
Auto-approval rule (only with Auto-approve joiners on) — an optional Minimum followers gate. "Joiners with 10,000+ followers are auto-placed here. Below that, they fall through to the next invite group."
A creator's group is fixed once they accept. Their welcome gift and commission rate stay tied to the group they joined, so avoid moving members between groups afterward.
Auto-approve joiners
Setting | What happens when a creator accepts |
On | They're approved immediately and placed into the first group in fill order that has room and whose follower minimum they meet. Their welcome gift and Welcome Message go out right away. |
Off | They wait in the campaign's Applicants tab, and their hub shows "Application pending", until you approve them into the group of your choosing. Nothing counts and no gift is sent until you do. |
Creators you staged into a specific group are placed there when they accept, regardless of this setting.
Step 4: Deliverables
This step defines what a creator must do to complete the campaign, and it's where you write the brief creators read.
Campaign brief
The brief is a rich-text description that appears at the top of the campaign in the Creator Hub. Describe what the campaign is about, who qualifies, your posting guidelines, and what creators will earn. A brief is required to enable the campaign. Once the campaign completes, the brief can no longer be edited.
External campaign guidelines is an optional link (a full URL starting with http:// or https://) to a content guidelines page you host. Creators see it alongside the brief, and it stays editable for the life of the campaign.
Deliverables
Click Add requirement for each thing a creator must deliver. Every deliverable must be met. They all apply together, so "3 posts" and "$500 in revenue" on the same campaign means a creator needs both.
Requirement | What counts | Scoping |
Posts | Posts mentioning one of the campaign's brand social accounts | Platform (Any / Instagram / TikTok) and Post type (Any / Feed & Reels / Story). New rows default to Instagram. |
Impressions | Impressions on qualifying posts | Same platform and post-type scoping as Posts |
Sales | Attributed orders | — |
Revenue | Attributed revenue, in the store's currency | — |
New customers | Attributed orders from first-time buyers | — |
Content uploads | Photos or videos the creator uploads in their hub that your team approves | Only offered when your store has the creator asset library enabled |
Each row shows a plain-English summary as you build it ("Each creator must publish 3 posts on Instagram."). Every deliverable needs a goal above zero, and the same requirement can only appear once per platform and post type.
Step 5: Rewards
Rewards are what a creator earns for completing every deliverable. They are separate from welcome gifts (given for joining, set per invite group on the Participants step) and from commissions (earned per sale). A campaign can launch with no reward at all.
What you can give
On a Shopify store: Gift Card (a balance the creator redeems in their hub), Discount (a percentage off, on all products or selected items), Free Product (a 100%-off code for products or collections you pick), and, if enabled for your account, Cash paid through Tremendous with a Monthly cash redemption limit. On other stores, pick from the code-bearing rewards you've created under Settings › Rewards; the campaign hands each creator a code from the pool.
Everyone earns, or only some
Max winners | Who earns the reward |
Blank (default) | "Every creator who completes the requirements earns this." Everyone who meets all deliverables by the end date earns it. |
A number | "At most N creators earn this." Everyone who completes the deliverables is ranked, and the top N earn. Ranking uses one metric from your deliverables, in this priority: revenue, then sales, then new customers, then impressions, then posts, then content uploads. Ties go to the creator who has been a member longest. |
Creators see the deliverables and the rewards in their hub. They are not shown how many winners there are or how winners are ranked.
Automatically send rewards
The switch at the top of the step decides what happens at the end date. It is off by default.
Setting | At the end date |
On | "When the campaign ends, rewards are sent automatically to creators who completed their deliverables." Each earner's reward lands in their Reward Wallet to claim. |
Off (default) | "When the campaign ends, you review and send rewards manually to creators who completed their deliverables." The evaluation still runs and marks who completed, but no reward is sent. Creators see the promised rewards in their hub throughout the campaign; you deliver them yourself afterward. See How and When Creators Earn below. |
You can change this switch any time before the campaign completes.
Step 6: Messaging
Two kinds of messages reach creators during a campaign, and it helps to keep them separate:
Messages you write — the Invite Message and Welcome Message on this step. You choose the channel (Hub Inbox, Email, or both), write the copy, and they go out under your Email Branding. Both are optional.
Notifications LoudCrowd sends for you — campaign live, campaign ended, content approved or rejected, and application received. These are email only, use fixed LoudCrowd copy, and cannot be turned off or edited. They are listed in the Communications Timeline below.
Click either card to open its editor. Saving configures and enables the message; the switch on the card pauses it without deleting the copy, and Remove detaches it entirely.
Message | Who gets it and when | Notes |
Invite Message | Every staged participant, the moment you click Enable Campaign. Also sent to creators you invite later from the dashboard, and to program members who join a connected program or tier while the campaign is Upcoming or Live. | If you don't configure an Invite Message, invitees are not messaged at all. They still see the campaign in their hub, and they still get the campaign-live email on the start date, but nothing tells them they were invited before then. Set this up for anyone you expect to accept before launch. |
Welcome Message | Anyone the moment they become an approved campaign member: invitees when they accept (immediately, with Auto-approve on), or applicants when you approve them. | This is the place to explain the deliverables, the dates, and how to claim the welcome gift. |
Both messages default to Hub Inbox only. Tick Email in the editor if you also want them delivered by email. Emails use your account's branding, set on the Email Branding page (the Configure Email Branding button on this step opens it).
Step 7: Additional Settings
These control what creators see for this campaign in their hub. They are pre-filled from your existing setup, so you only need to change what should differ for this campaign.
Base affiliate link — where creator affiliate links send shoppers. Use your storefront or any page on your store you want to drive traffic to. (This is the same setting as the Base affiliate link URL on the Capabilities step.)
Display sales history in Creator Hub — lets creators see the orders they've driven in their hub. The indented Include the list of purchased products for each order option adds line items to each order and is only available when sales history is on.
Product exclusions — products listed here are hidden from Top Sellers analytics in the Creator Hub. This list is shared across every program and campaign connected to the same store, so a change here applies everywhere.
Step 8: Review & Enable
The Review step summarizes every section with a pencil to jump back. A section with a problem shows an amber warning listing exactly what's missing. To enable, a campaign needs a name, both dates, a store, a social account, a brief, and at least one deliverable. Rewards, participants, and messages are all optional at this point.
Click Enable Campaign and confirm. Enabling does three things:
Sends invites. Every creator you staged on the Participants step gets a campaign invite in their hub (and your Invite Message, if you configured one). They become members when they accept.
Shows the campaign in the Creator Hub for everyone invited, on the Campaigns tab, marked Upcoming. Creators can accept right away, before the start date.
Starts the clock. The campaign goes Live automatically on its start date and Completed on its end date.
Enabling does not make the campaign live. Invites go out at enable time; earning, post counting, and content submissions begin on the start date. If you're still editing, choose Save as Draft in the dialog instead.
Common Setups
Invite your program members to a campaign
The simplest campaign. Your creators already have storefronts, links, codes, and a commission rate from your program, so you only turn on what should be different for the campaign.
Participants: under From program tiers, pick your program. Every approved member is invited when you enable, and new members who join your program during the campaign are invited automatically.
Capabilities you don't need: if the campaign is about content (Posts, Impressions, Content uploads), leave Creator storefronts, Commissions, and the discount cards off. Members keep selling through their program links and earning their program rate; nothing changes for them.
Capabilities you do need: if the campaign measures Sales, Revenue, or New customers, or pays a campaign-specific commission (a boosted rate for the launch, say), turn on Creator storefronts, and Commissions if you're paying one. Members get a campaign link and rate for the campaign alongside their program ones, and only sales through the campaign link count.
Messaging: configure the Invite Message. Without it, members are not told they've been invited; they'd only discover the campaign by opening their hub or from the campaign-live email on the start date.
Invite creators who are not in a program yet
Creators from Discovery, a partner list, or a CSV who have never joined one of your programs. You can't invite them to a campaign directly: campaigns are members-only, and staging a non-member is rejected. The path is two steps.
Get them into a program first. Invite them to one of your programs from Discovery, or send them your program's signup form, and approve them. A dedicated program for this purpose ("Partners", say) keeps them out of your main program's tiers and rewards.
Then invite them to the campaign. Add that program under From program tiers so everyone approved into it is invited automatically, or hand-pick them with + Add members.
Because these creators are new, plan the campaign as if it has to provide everything:
Capabilities: turn on Creator storefronts so they get a link and shoppable page, Discount code if they should have a code, and Commissions with a commission tier on their invite group if they're paid per sale. If their program already gives them these, the campaign versions are additional and only campaign-link sales count for the campaign.
Auto-approve joiners: leave it on if anyone you invite should be in, or turn it off to review each acceptance in the Applicants tab first. Add a Minimum followers rule on a group to auto-place bigger accounts.
Messaging: configure both the Invite Message and the Welcome Message, and tick Email on both. These creators don't have a habit of checking your hub yet. Use the Welcome Message to explain the deliverables, the dates, and where their link and code are.
Mixed audiences: program veterans and newcomers can share a campaign. Give newcomers their own invite group so you can set a different commission tier or welcome gift, and stage them into it.
Run a campaign across more than one program
Under From program tiers, pick every program that should participate. They must be on the same store as the campaign. Members of all of them are invited into one roster, and everyone is measured against the same deliverables. If the programs should get different gifts or commission rates, create an invite group per program and stage each program's members into its group instead of relying on the automatic placement.
Run a campaign for a specific tier
Under From program tiers, pick the tier rather than the whole program (for example "Gold" instead of the program name). Only approved members currently in that tier are invited, and a creator promoted into the tier while the campaign is Upcoming or Live is invited automatically. Creators who drop out of the tier later are not removed from the campaign. To put your top performers on a launch while the rest of the program stays on evergreen content, this is the setting.
Give different groups different gifts when they accept
Welcome gifts belong to invite groups, so this is a matter of building one group per gift.
On the Participants step, add an invite group for each audience ("VIP", "Rising creators", and Base Group for everyone else).
On each group card, click Add welcome gift and set that group's gift. Give the group a Commission tier too if the rate should differ.
Put people in the right group. Either stage them directly with the group's Stage members button, or, with Auto-approve joiners on, set a Minimum followers rule on the richer group so larger accounts land there and everyone else falls through to the next group.
The gift is sent the moment a creator is approved into the group. Because the gift stays tied to the group they joined, decide the groups before you enable rather than moving people afterward.
What Happens After You Enable
Moment | Status | What happens |
You click Enable Campaign | Upcoming | Invites are created for every staged creator and your Invite Message goes out. The campaign appears on invitees' Campaigns tab in the hub with an Accept invite button. Anyone who accepts becomes a member and receives your Welcome Message. |
While Upcoming | Upcoming | Creators can accept and read the brief. Nothing counts yet: posts, sales, and content uploads don't start until the start date. Discount codes exist but are inactive. You can still change the start date. |
Start date, 12:00 AM | Live | The campaign goes live automatically (allow up to 15 minutes). Discount codes activate. LoudCrowd emails every member ("{campaign} has started") and every invitee who hasn't accepted yet ("You're invited: {campaign} is now live"). Posts, sales, and revenue start counting. Content uploads open. |
While Live | Live | Creators see a progress bar per deliverable in their hub. New program members who match a connected program or tier are invited automatically (checked every 15 minutes). Invitees can still accept; a creator who joins mid-campaign counts from the day they're approved. |
End date, 11:59 PM | Completed | The campaign completes automatically. Discount codes deactivate. LoudCrowd emails members ("{campaign} has ended"). The final evaluation runs: every member's deliverables are checked, winners are chosen if you set a max, and rewards are either sent automatically or held for you to send. See How and When Creators Earn. |
Status changes are checked every 15 minutes, so a campaign can go live or complete up to 15 minutes after the exact time.
Communications Timeline
Everything a creator can receive from a campaign, in order. Only the first two are yours to write; the rest are fixed LoudCrowd emails sent from "Loudcrowd Creators" that you cannot edit or turn off.
Message | When | Who | Channel |
Invite Message (yours) | When you enable the campaign; later, whenever a creator is invited | Staged and invited creators | Hub Inbox by default, Email if you tick it |
Welcome Message (yours) | The moment a creator becomes an approved member | Each new member | Hub Inbox by default, Email if you tick it |
Application received | When a creator accepts and lands in your Applicants queue (Auto-approve off) | That applicant
Campaign started | Start date, when the campaign goes Live (once only) | Members get "{campaign} has started"; un-accepted invitees get "You're invited: {campaign} is now live"
Content approved / changes requested | Each time your team approves or rejects an uploaded photo or video | The creator who submitted it | Email (your comments are shown in their hub Library, not in the email) |
Campaign ended | End date, when the campaign completes | Members only |
Two things no message covers. Creators are not notified when a campaign reward lands in their hub, even with automatic sending on; the ended email tells them to check their hub. And there are no reminder emails during the campaign. If you want a mid-campaign nudge or a "rewards are in" announcement, send it yourself from Messages.
What Creators See in the Hub
Enabling a campaign shows it in the Creator Hub. Every invited creator gets a Campaigns tab (between Dashboard and Earnings) the moment you enable, with the campaign marked Upcoming until the start date. Only invited creators see it: there is no public list of campaigns to browse, and an uninvited creator sees nothing.
Invited, not yet accepted: the card sits under Discover campaigns with "You're invited" and an Accept invite button. It shows the brief, the dates, the deliverables and rewards, any welcome gift ("Yours when you join"), and the commission rate. Accepting is one click; there is no decline button, so a creator who isn't interested simply leaves it.
Accepted: the card moves to My campaigns. Members additionally see their campaign affiliate link and discount code with copy buttons, the content guidelines link, and a progress bar per deliverable that fills as posts and sales count. The card shows "{done}/{total} tasks complete" while Live.
Awaiting your approval (Auto-approve off): the card reads "Application pending" until you approve them from the Applicants tab.
Completed: the campaign moves under View past campaigns. The creator's result is badged "Your result" and earned rewards show "Earned {date}".
Creators never see invite-group names or how winners are selected. They see the deliverables and the rewards attached to them.
When creators can submit content
Posts on Instagram or TikTok count as soon as the campaign is Live and the creator is an approved member, whichever is later. Content uploads (photos or videos submitted in the hub for your review) work the same way: the Content tab only offers a campaign as a destination while it is Live and the creator is an approved member. Nothing can be submitted before the start date, after the end date, or while the campaign is paused. Uploads count toward a Content uploads deliverable only once your team approves them.
How and When Creators Earn
Three different things can pay a creator in a campaign, and they arrive at three different times.
What | Earned when | Delivered when |
Welcome gift (per invite group) | The moment the creator is approved into the campaign. With Auto-approve on, that's when they click Accept invite, which can be before the start date. | Immediately, into their Reward Wallet in the hub. They claim it from there. Once per creator per campaign, even if their group changes. |
Commissions | Each sale through their campaign link or code while the campaign is Live. Sales while Upcoming or Paused don't count. | After the order maturation period you set, on your normal commission payout schedule through Tremendous. |
Deliverable rewards (Rewards step) | At the end date, not in real time. When the campaign completes, every member's deliverables are evaluated once against the whole campaign window. Completing the last deliverable mid-campaign changes the progress bar, not the wallet. | Automatically send rewards on: shortly after the end date, into each earner's Reward Wallet. Off: never automatically; you send them. |
What counts toward deliverables
Only activity while Live, and only after the creator was approved. A creator who accepts on day 10 of a 30-day campaign is measured on days 10 through 30.
Posts count distinct posting days, not individual posts. Three posts on one day count once. A post must mention one of the campaign's brand social accounts, and if your program requires content approval, only approved posts count.
Sales, Revenue, and New customers count orders attributed through the campaign's links and codes. Cancelled orders are excluded.
Content uploads count photos and videos submitted to this campaign that your team approved. Pending or rejected uploads don't count.
Every deliverable must be met. Two out of three earns nothing.
Everyone earns vs. only some
With Max winners blank, every member who completed all deliverables earns the reward. With a number, completers are ranked on the deliverable metric closest to money (revenue first, then sales, new customers, impressions, posts, content uploads) and the top N earn. Creators who completed but didn't place earn nothing from the Rewards step; they still keep their welcome gift and commissions.
Showing rewards in the hub but sending them yourself
Configure the rewards on the Rewards step as usual and leave Automatically send rewards off. Creators see the rewards next to the deliverables in their hub for the whole campaign ("What you get for completing this"), and their card shows their result when it ends. Nothing is sent automatically. To deliver:
After the end date, open the campaign's Members tab and filter Deliverable Status to Complete. If you set Max winners, sort by the ranking metric (revenue, sales, and so on) to find your top N.
Select the creators to reward and choose Send Reward. Pick the reward to send. It lands in their Reward Wallet immediately.
Tell them. No email is sent when a reward lands in a wallet, in either mode. Send a broadcast from Messages announcing that rewards are in.
Use this when rewards are fulfilled outside LoudCrowd (product shipped by hand, a payment outside Tremendous), or when you want to review the final list before anything goes out.
Pausing, Editing, and Deleting
Editing after enable. Open the campaign and use the Settings, Deliverables, Rewards, and Invites tabs. Most things stay editable while Upcoming or Live. The start date locks once Live, the store never changes, and dates can't move backward. Once Completed, the roster, deliverables, dates, and brief are frozen; rewards, discount codes, and payout settings remain editable so you can finish paying out.
Pausing (from the card menu or Settings, on an Upcoming or Live campaign) freezes the schedule: the campaign won't go live or complete on its dates until you resume, new signups close, and discount codes are deactivated. Storefronts and links keep working, but sales made while paused do not earn commission or count toward deliverables. Resuming picks up wherever the schedule stands: back to Upcoming, Live, or straight to Completed if the end date has passed. The "campaign started" email is not re-sent on resume.
Deleting removes the campaign from your dashboards and from every creator's hub, and signup links stop working. On an enabled campaign, the end-of-campaign evaluation never runs, so no final rewards are granted. This cannot be undone.
Before You Enable
Check | Why |
The right store is selected | It can never be changed |
Creator storefronts is on if any deliverable is Sales, Revenue, or New customers, or you're paying commissions | The campaign only counts sales through its own links and codes |
Every invite group that should pay commission has a Commission tier | Rates are per group, and the group is fixed once a creator accepts |
An Invite Message is configured, with Email ticked for anyone who doesn't check the hub | Without it, invitees hear nothing until the campaign-live email on the start date |
Automatically send rewards is set the way you intend | It is off by default, and off means no reward is sent at the end |
The brief says what to post, where the link is, and what creators earn | It's the first thing creators read, and it locks when the campaign completes |
You're enabling at least a day before you want invites out | Invites send at enable; the start date has to be tomorrow or later |
