Example copy for common program communications, including: a welcome, an invite, a re-engagement nudge, and a tier announcement. Copy any message and make it your own.
How to Send These in LoudCrowd
Go to Messages > Templates, paste in the copy, and replace the bracketed details.
The copy uses two kinds of placeholder:
{{likeThis}}— a LoudCrowd variable that fills in per creator. Add it from the token picker rather than typing it.[Like this]— a detail you fill in yourself, like a date, a gift value, or your handle.
One rule to remember: a variable with no data sends as a blank space. Affiliate codes and storefront links don't exist until a creator is approved, so keep them out of invites.
Welcome Messages
Sent automatically when you approve a creator. Remember to tailor the message for your program! Include details about your program tiers, campaign opportunities, and set expectations for your creators.
A. Storefront program
When to use: creators get a personal storefront on your site alongside a tracked link. The fullest version, and where most programs start.

C. Tier with a welcome gift
When to use: the tier a creator is approved into carries a welcome gift. Keep it short. The gift is why they opened it.
Don't add your own claim link. LoudCrowd adds one automatically when the tier includes a gift.
One template per gift. If your tiers get different gifts, write a separate welcome for each.
Subject: Welcome to the {{programName}} 🎁 your gift is inside
Hi {{first_name}},
You're in! Welcome to the {{programName}}.
To say thank you for joining, we've added a [$XX] welcome gift to your account. Use it to pick out the products you're most excited to share. Claim it by [date] using the link at the bottom of this message.
Once your order arrives, here's how the program works:

D. Tiered program with monthly rewards
When to use: creators earn rewards for posting each month and can move between tiers. This is the version that most needs the ladder spelled out.
Subject: Welcome to the {{programName}}! Here's how to start earning
Hi {{first_name}},
Welcome to the {{programName}}! You're starting in {{affiliateCommissionTierName}}, earning {{affiliateCommissionRange}} commission on tracked sales.
There are two ways to earn here:
💸 Commission on every sale through your link: {{shoppableAmbassadorLink}}
🏆 Monthly rewards for posting. New tasks appear in your Creator Hub at the start of each month and reset at month end, so every month is a fresh chance to earn.
Here's how the tiers work:
• [Tier 1] — where you're starting. [X]% commission.
• [Tier 2] — post [3+] times and drive [$500+] in a quarter. [X]% commission and higher posting rewards.
• [Tier 3] — post [6+] times and drive [$2,000+] in a quarter, [10] spots. [X]% commission and our best rewards.
We re-evaluate [every quarter], so there's always a next step. You'll also hit one-time milestones along the way, and those are yours to keep.
When you earn a reward, it lands in your Creator Hub balance and we'll email you. Redeem it for [gift card type] codes right in the Hub.

Invite Messages
The Invite template is required to invite creators from Discovery. The invite won't send without it, so build it before you start recruiting.
Only variables that exist before someone joins will resolve. Creator name, brand name, program name, and the signup and landing page URLs are safe. Affiliate codes, commission rates, and storefront links are not, so a commission rate quoted in an invite has to be typed out as a number.
A gift deadline is the single biggest lever on invite conversion. If you have gift budget, use version A and keep the date in.
A. Gift-led invite
When to use: your strongest converter, whenever there is budget for a welcome gift.
Subject: You're invited to the {{programName}}
Hello {{first_name}},
You're invited to join the {{programName}}! We've been following your content and think you'd be a great fit for our creator community.
Our program is for creators who share the products they genuinely use. As a member you'll get your own affiliate link and storefront, earn commission on every tracked sale, and be considered for gifting, paid collaborations, and features across our channels.
As a welcome perk, we're offering a [$XX gift] to help you get started and build your storefront with your favorite products. Sign up using the same email address that received this invitation and redeem your gift by [date].

We can't wait to have you on board.

B. Short and exclusive
When to use: creators with real follower counts, where a long email reads as a mass send. Leans on scarcity and brand story rather than program mechanics.
Subject: An invitation from {{brandName}}
Hi {{first_name}},
We've been loving your content and think you'd be a perfect fit for the {{programName}}. You may know us already. We've been on a mission to [brand mission], making [product category] we're proud of.
We're inviting a small group of creators to share their take on it. If you're in, you'll get [$XX] in {{brandName}} credit to fuel your content over your first month with us. Beyond that, you'll unlock an ongoing community with paid opportunities, early access to new launches, exclusive events, and more.
Interested? Apply here and we'll get you set up: {{programSignupUrl}}
[Sender name], {{brandName}}
C. Personal note from the program manager
When to use: cold outreach with no gift budget, or creators who need to see a real person behind the program. Reply rates tend to beat a branded template.
Subject: A creator opportunity with {{brandName}}

Re-engagement Messages
Creators go quiet for two different reasons and one message won't fix both, so split the segment before you send.
A creator who never posted is usually stuck, not uninterested. The most common cause is a welcome that never arrived, either because the template didn't exist at approval or because the email was filtered. Lead with help, and ask whether they got their welcome gift. That question surfaces the problem faster than anything else you can ask.
A. Approved but never posted
When to use: creators who joined and never got started. Make it easy to leave. A clean opt-out is worth more than an inflated member count.
Subject: Checking in on your {{programName}} membership
Hi {{first_name}},
If you're getting this, you're part of the {{programName}} but haven't posted yet. We're just checking in. Life gets busy, and learning a new program can feel like a lot, so we wanted to see if there's anything we can do to help.
If you have questions or need a hand getting started, reply here or send us a DM. Our Partner Handbook also covers everything you need: [handbook URL]
Your links are always waiting in your Creator Hub: {{viewDashboard}}
If you haven't received your welcome gift, let us know and we'll sort it out.
And if you've decided the program isn't the right fit, no problem at all. Just tell us and we'll remove you, no hard feelings.
Otherwise, we do ask that you share your first post by [date] to keep your place in the program.
One more thing worth knowing: we run promotions and creator challenges regularly, which makes it easy to jump in. They're also the fastest way to earn free product, gift cards, and cash bonuses.
Hope you're having a great week!
The {{brandName}} team
B. Posted before, then went quiet
When to use: previously active creators who dropped off. They already know how the program works, so skip the instructions and give them one easy, time-boxed reason to post.
Subject: We've missed you, {{first_name}}
Hi {{first_name}},
We were scrolling through recent creator content and realized we haven't seen you in a while. We know life gets busy, but we'd love to have you back as an active member of the {{programName}}.
We're running a mini campaign that might tempt you. Share one post featuring {{brandName}} this month and you'll be entered to win one of [five] surprise gifts from our team.
Whether it's an old favorite or something you've been loving lately, we'd simply love to see how you use it. Your link is right where you left it: {{shoppableAmbassadorLink}}
Hope to see you back soon ❤️

Program and Tier Announcements
When to use: you're launching tiers, changing commission rates, or adding a rewards structure to a program that already has members.
Send it as a broadcast to the whole program at least two weeks before the change takes effect, and toggle both Hub and Email.
Check every threshold against your live program settings first. A tier requirement published and then corrected is the fastest way to lose creator trust in a new structure.
Then repeat the ladder in the welcome. This message only reaches current members, so everyone approved after it learns the structure from the welcome template or not at all.
Subject: Big changes coming to the {{programName}} ✨

A few things to know:
• Redeem up to [$200] in gift cards per month
• Your balance rolls over month to month
• Gift card codes never expire
• Gift cards can be used storewide
• One post per content type counts per day (for example, 1 IG Story and 1 IG Reel can both earn on the same day)

Before You Send
Is the From Program right? It's the sender name creators see, and it gives the message its context.
Do the variables apply to everyone on the list? Any that don't will render blank.
Has every bracketed placeholder been replaced? Approval periods and attribution windows are the ones most often left in.
Hub, Email, or both? A Hub-only message doesn't email anyone. Anything time-sensitive needs email too.
