LoudCrowd supports two types of affiliate discounts:
Code discounts
Codeless storefront/affiliate link discounts
Follow the steps below to get started!
Code Discount Setup:
Step 1: Navigate to the Settings tab in your Program and click + Add Discount
Step 2: Determine the following settings for your Code Discount
Code format (First & Last Name or Social Username)
Type of discount (Order Discount or Product Discount)
Discount value
Customer eligibility (All Customers vs. Specific Customer Segments)
Misc. code limitation/combination settings
Step 3: Click "Done"

Will codes be automatically generated for each creator?
Yes, once your Code Discount is live, codes will automatically populate for each creator as soon as they are accepted or added into the program. The code will follow the format designated in the code settings and will refer to your ecomm to avoid generating a preexisting discount code.
How will creators receive their code?
Creators will receive their code in their Welcome Email and be able to view their code from their Creator Hub dashboard at any time.
Can I change a creator's code?
Yes, codes can be individually edited/customized from a creator's profile in LoudCrowd by clicking the pencil icon next to their Affiliate code.
Can I customize the code format (e.g. add a specific prefix/suffix to each code)?
At this time, we do not support custom prefix/suffix additions. Each code will render in one of the two base formats: first & last name (e.g. MARY, MARYK), or social username (e.g. MARYDOESMAKEUP).
Can I delete a creator's code?
Yes, you can delete an individual creator's code from their profile in LoudCrowd.
Can I set a different code discount for specific creator(s) in my program?
At this time, the code discount settings in LoudCrowd will determine the discount logic for all creators in a given program.
What happens if a creator's code is leaked?
We recommend deleting or changing the code to avoid future code abuse; your LoudCrowd team will also be on the lookout and inform you of any potentially leaked codes. However, it is up to the brand on whether/how to take action if this occurs.

Step 2: Determine the following settings for your Code Discount
Type of discount (Order Discount or Product Discount)

Yes, once your Link Discount is live, storefront or standard affiliate links will automatically populate for each creator as soon as they are accepted or added into the program.
How will creators receive their storefront/affiliate link?
Creators will receive their personal storefront/affiliate in their Welcome Email.
Can I customize a creator's link?
No, each creator's link will follow the template URL format designated in the Program Settings, with a unique ambassador ID appended to the URL for attribution tracking.
Can I set a different link discount for specific creator(s) in my program?
At this time, the link discount settings in LoudCrowd will determine the discount logic for all creators in a given program.
