Customizing your Reward Automations

LoudCrowd enables clients to reward their customers in a variety of different ways. Learn about the customizations available to you

LoudCrowd enables clients to reward their customers in a variety of different ways. Primarily, there are two reward options: instant and monthly.

Instantaneous Rewards:

Instant Rewards trigger when a customer hits the required post count. The following options are available for customizing instant rewards.

  • Post Count: define the post count required to trigger off the reward

  • Buffer Limit: define how far apart posts must be to count towards the reward threshold. Options include: none, one day, two days, five days, one week, one month

  • Fullfillment Limit: the maximum number of times the recipient can receive the reward

  • Post Type: defines the type of post that counts toward the reward. Options include Instagram Story, Instagram Feed, Instagram Reel, and TikTok.

  • Timeframe: sets up a deadline from when the person joins the program towards meeting the reward count

Monthly Rewards

Monthly Rewards trigger on the first business day of the next month. In a tiered monthly structure, the customer will earn the highest reward tier that they qualified for.

  • Post Count: define the post count required to trigger off the reward

  • Post Type: defines the type of post that counts toward the reward. Options include Instagram Story, Instagram Feed, Instagram Reel, and TikTok.

  • Segment: trigger based off of membership in a Segment (i.e. region)

  • Follower Count: triggers based off a follower count requirement

  • Media Type: defines the type of media that counts toward the reward. Options include Image, Video, and Carousel. More on Media Types here
