Paying Out Ambassador Commissions Via Tremendous

It's the beginning of the month and you're ready to pay out commissions to ambassadors who've made sales throughout the month. Here's a quick rundown on how to make the payouts process run smoothly.

Prep: Confirm Auto-Pay is turned on

In the Program Settings, confirm you have turned on "Automate commissions".

Prep: Confirm Tremendous is set up.

Follow the instructions here if Tremendous is not already set up.

Step 1: Upload Projected Commission

One week in advance you'll get an email with the amount owed from your Client Strategist. If more funds are necessary, this is how you'll upload more funds:

Select "Add Funds"

Select which payment method you'd like to use

*Please note the 3% fee associated with Credit Card payments

Step 2: Commissions Will Be Automatically Delivered

Commissions are sent automatically and no action will be needed, however, if your Tremendous balance is insufficient, all payments will fail and you'll have to upload the outstanding balance before commissions will deliver. You will be notified via email on the balance you owe when payments fail.
