You've got your program up and running, members are excited about your ambassador program, now it's time to activate those members! With LoudCrowd's new challenges interface, you can easily mobilize program members to consistently create high value UGC that drives sales and brand awareness.

What is a Challenge?

A call to create specific UGC that relates to a brand marketing campaign with the opportunity to earn special recognition and rewards.

How do Challenges Benefit my Marketing Efforts?

  • Members post more often if you inspire them with new prompts, excite them with new rewards and motivate them with healthy competition

  • Drive sales and brand awareness: Challenges are a fun way to engage your social community around marketing campaigns

When Should I Run a Challenge?

  • New Product Drop: Feature new product you’re marketing, gift members new product in advance, or reward them with it afterwards.

  • Special Events: Post in anticipation of, and during an event. Holiday events generate a huge amount of organic content- Use it!

  • Existing Social Trends: Get members to tag you in the trends they’re participating in, raising brand awareness within your target buyer communities.

How Long Should a Challenge Run?

  • On average, challenges run for 3 weeks, this can be shorter or longer, but we have seen the best results with challenges that last between 2-3 weeks.

Can I run Multiple Challenges at Once?

  • Yes! Our challenges tab on the platform makes it incredibly easy to set up and schedule out upcoming challenges! Reach out to your dedicated Client Strategist for more support!
