Here at LoudCrowd, we've kept busy this year building out new products to help improve your team's workflow and level up your customer marketing strategies. Below are a couple of new features that just launched!

Tremendous ๐Ÿ’ธ

LoudCrowd now has an integration with Tremendous, a platform that allows you to send cash and gift cards to your customers. After setting up a Tremendous account and integrating it with LoudCrowd, you can reward customers with cash payments (via Venmo or PayPal), prepaid Visa cards, or gift cards from 700+ vendors, including Target, Amazon, Sephora, and so many more.

You can also set up charitable donations, so your customers can know that the content they're creating is going towards a beneficial cause.

Manual Story Replies ๐Ÿ’ฌ

We launched Auto Story Replies earlier this year which opened up the world of messaging through automated replies triggered by story mentions.

Building on the Messaging product, we just launched the manual side of messaging which allows you to send messages (either with custom text or from saved templates) to customers directly from either the Content tab or their profile in the Social CRM. No need to hop between LoudCrowd and the app to do story mention engagement. Now, when you're browsing through your daily content in LoudCrowd, you can send messages directly to your customers with active stories.
