Level up your social giveaways with Auto Story Replies

Run story mention giveaways, track the performance of your customers' entries, and reward directly in LoudCrowd.

With LoudCrowd's Messaging feature, you can turn on auto story replies to automatically DM all of the customers who enter your giveaway via story mention, and easily pick & reward winners.

Step 1: Create an automated story reply letting your customers know that you've seen their story, appreciate the tag, and that they're entered in the giveaway.

Step 2: Set the story to go out to all customers when tagging you in one story. Alternatively, if you have a specific customer segment, follower count, program, and/or creator bio filter that you'd like to exclude from this giveaway, you can edit the message criteria on the next page (see screenshots below) after clicking 'Next' in the lower right-hand side of the pop-up.

Step 3: After the message is live, you can view the recipients of the message in the "Activity" tab. To see the full list of recipients, first click the "Template Name" filter then select the name of the social giveaway response. You'll be able to see all of the auto responses that went out from that specific message template.

From here, you can choose winner(s) and spot gift them directly from their profile using rewards that you've setup and uploaded discount codes for in LoudCrowd.

Step 4: As soon as your giveaway period is over, toggle off the "Auto On" switch to turn off the auto responder.
