In LoudCrowd, you have the ability to automatically send your rewards via e-mail through a Klaviyo integration. Before you can set that up, you must ensure your Klaviyo account is integrated with LoudCrowd. You can follow these instructions to do so, if needed.
Now that the two systems are integrated, it's time to set up your first e-mail reward.
Where do I set up a reward in LoudCrowd?
Go to Settings
Select Rewards
Select +Add New Reward
Fill in the name of your reward and select Klaviyo for the Delivery Method
For the event ID, type in LoudCrowd_Reward_Earned
Tip: The more rewards you create, the more variations you can have for this event ID. Example: LoudCrowd_Reward_Earned_Tier1, LoudCrowd_Reward_Earned_Tier2
Check the box if your reward will have discount codes, then upload the generated codes
Click Save
Now that the reward is set up, how do I set up the integration between the Reward and Klaviyo?
Navigate to the Integrations tab in LoudCrowd
Under Outbound, click the Test button next to your Klaviyo account
Fill in the all of the required fields: Recipient Email, Instagram Username, Test Discount Code, and the exact Event ID you created in the steps above.
Tip: You can use any combination of numbers or letters for the Test Discount Code field
Click Test. If you receive "\"{\\\"response\\\": 1}\"", then you have successfully tested this integration.
How do I build the reward email in Klaviyo?
Now that the reward is set up in LoudCrowd, log in to your Klaviyo account.
Navigate to Flows -> Create Flow -> Create From Scratch
Select Metric -> Select the Event ID you created in LoudCrowd
Example: LoudCrowd_Reward_Earned
You can now drag over an email template to design your reward email
If you have generated codes attached to your LoudCrowd reward, you must include the dynamic property {{event.discountCode}} in the body of your email.

Yes. Reach out to your dedicated Client Strategist or [email protected] to make your reward be triggered instantly or manually.
What if I don't have the customer's email address, but want to reward them?
If you can't retrieve your customers email address, you can send the reward via Instagram DM. You can do so by clicking Send Gift -> select Manual (Copy Code). Then send the copied discount code via Instagram DM to your customer.
Tips and Tricks:
Smart Sending must be turned off to ensure your Social Rewards Program members receive their email
Ensure your email is optimized for desktop and mobile by toggling between the desktop and mobile view
Link any images in your email to your Program's landing page
