Set MFA as a login requirement

Adding new users

Request MFA enabled for your account by emailing your LoudCrowd Client Strategist.

To add new users to the LoudCrowd Brand App, go to Settings > Users page to add new accounts by entering their email address. They will receive login instructions via email.

Supported MFA authentication apps

To use one time passwords (OTPs) as an authentication factor, users need an Authenticator app such as:

Upon signup, the LoudCrowd MFA flow will request the user to scan a code and set up the app to generate one-time codes.

What happens if we add users before enabling MFA?

Any users added before MFA is enabled will later be directed through the MFA flow as soon as it is enabled. No other changes needed.

How to Login with MFA

When logging in to the app, check the authenticator app for the current one-time code. Then enter this code into the login flow prompt
