Referrals is a great way to get fresh faces in your program, and who better to give a referral than those who are already active in the your program?!

What is a referral?

A referral is when an ambassador brings in someone new to your program because they think they'd be a good fit for what your ambassador program is looking for.

How Do I Incentivize Referrals?

Sometimes you'll find that ambassadors refer organically, which is great! But other times it may just take a bit of a nudge. We suggest offering site credit, gift cards, or loyalty points for referrals.

How Can I Track Referrals That Are Coming From Creators?

Here are a few ways to track how someone found your program, and if it came from a referral:

  1. Collect referral information at sign up.

  1. Run a challenge where Creators have to link out to your program landing page via their Instagram Stories.
