Here is a guide for automatically sending monthly commissions to ambassadors that make sales.
Step One: Confirm you have commissions set up in your program (guide for setting up commissions here).
Step Two: Set up your Tremendous account. Instructions can be found here.
Step Three: Select "Automate Commissions" in the Program Settings.
Step Four: To ensure your payments can be applied, we need to confirm that there is sufficient funding in your Tremendous account. One week before the end of the month, LoudCrowd will send an automated email instructing you to upload funds to your Tremendous balance. The email will make a projection on what that Tremendous amount will be. By the end of the month, confirm that you have uploaded enough funds to support all of your commission payments.
Step Five: Payments will automatically be sent out to the entire program once your Tremendous balance contains sufficient funds.
Visibility into commission payments:
To monitor what payments are being sent out, you can monitor an individual ambassador's profile, or you can set up a filter to see everyone's payments.
To see everyone's payments in a pay period, navigate to Program > Members > Add Filter > Affiliate Activity > Pay Date & Period. Select the pay period you wish to filter for, and then you will see every payment sent out (and associated affiliate stats).
