Are your ambassadors blowing up your support email with questions regarding their rewards or commissions? Look no further than the ambassador hub, created to alleviate your customer support inbox and serve as a self service tool for ambassadors!

What does Ambassador Hub look like?

Ambassadors or affiliates will create/log into their personal account on your native site. They must use the same email address connected to a LoudCrowd Program. If they are in a LoudCrowd program, they will be able to view the ambassador hub and commission stats if applicable.

What Information will be Displayed?

  • Profile Information

    Displays the Ambassadors connected social handles, membership start date, and affiliate code & links

  • Affiliate / Commission Stats

    Ambassadors can view their sales quantity, total revenue sold, pending commissions, and total commissions to date.

  • UGC Rewards

    Ambassadors can quickly reference the rewards available to earn, and see the ones they’ve already received. Ambassadors can quickly copy their codes and make a purchase, right from the Hub.

  • Social Stats

    Ambassadors get a holistic view of their social stats with the brand, including total posting history all-time, and of the month

  • Recent Posts

    Ambassadors can quickly view their approved UGC content from Instagram and TikTok, directly on the brand site

  • Code Redemption

    Encourage reward code redemption by showing available rewards and codes.

  • Ambassador Hub is built in a Shopify copy theme

  • Once Approved by your team, we will push to the live theme

  • Create/Update Emails:

    • Ambassador Hub Announcement- let ambassadors know this new feature is available and include steps

    • Welcome Email: Update the welcome email to include instructions on how to access hub.

    • Reach out to your dedicated client strategist for support


  • We have a custom Ecomm, could this be available for us?

    • Currently no, but we are working on a solution for this coming soon!

  • How long does this take to build?

    • Our turnaround time for this is under a week!
