The Content tab contains all of your brand mentions and tags from Instagram and TikTok. However, due to Meta's rules for third parties, we are unable to display the content of expired Stories or Reels with copyright infringements. While LoudCrowd saves the data/history for both of these mediums, this may on occasion, make discovering reusable UGC via your content tab a little more difficult.

Reels with copyright infringements and expired Stories display in the LoudCrowd application like below:

As such, content considered Visible in the LoudCrowd application includes in-feed posts, active Stories, Reels without copyright issues, and all of your TikToks.

FAQs

Why can't LoudCrowd save my expired Stories in app?

We can no longer display Story media after 24h since it was posted. Meta does not allow third parties to store any of this data. It is no longer accessible in the LoudCrowd app or natively. We still have the historical metrics about the Story.

Why can't LoudCrowd display copyrighted Reels in app?

Meta doesn’t allow third parties to display certain Reels because they contain media elements (such as music) that are copyrighted or flagged for copyright violation. LoudCrowd still provides the caption, and a link to view the content natively. LoudCrowd also provides the metrics about that reel.
