There are many ways to define an inactive ambassador, a lot of which depends on the structure of your reward/ambassador program. The most common definitions for inactive ambassadors are:
Members that joined the program but have never made a post
Members that joined the program, previously made posts, but haven't in 1+ months
Members that joined a program, earned all instant rewards possible, and have since not made posts
Identifying members that have joined a program but never made any posts
Navigate to your LoudCrowd program via the navigation bar on the left hand side of the app.
Once in your program dashboard, go into your members tab.
Apply a filter to identify people who have made only zero posts
Add Filter -> Activity -> Post Count -> Minimum AND Maximum set to 0
Apply the filter and the resulting list will include only members that have never made a post.
