Integrating your Refersion account with LoudCrowd allows you to reward Affiliates for their social media content within your existing Affiliate program, in addition to their ability to earn commissions.
How to integrate Refersion and LoudCrowd:
Capture your Refersion API Key
Identify your Custom Field Key for your Instagram Username and/or TikTok Username
Enter your Refersion API Key and Custom Field Key into LoudCrowd
Where to find your Refersion API Key:
Log in to your Refersion account
Navigate to Account -> Settings -> Refersion API
Copy the Refersion GraphQL Token
How to find your Custom Field Key for your Instagram Username and/or TikTok Username:
You will need to reach out to your Refersion point of contact and ask for these keys.
How to complete the integration between Refersion and LoudCrowd:
Once you have the above keys, log in to your LoudCrowd account.
Navigate to the Integrations Tab
Under Affiliate Programs, click Add Integration
Fill in the necessary fields with your API Key and Instagram and/or TikTok Username Field IDs
Click Save
FAQs:
Once the integration is live, will our Affiliates sign up through Refersion or LoudCrowd's modal on our program landing page?
They will apply for your program through your Refersion application.
Will pending or rejected applicants in Refersion appear in my LoudCrowd program?
No, only your approved Affiliates in Refersion will be in your LoudCrowd program.
Why do I need to enter in our Instagram Username Field ID and/or TikTok Username Field ID?
In order for LoudCrowd to automatically collect your Affiliates Instagram and/or TikTok usernames, we must have these IDs as part of the integration. If you don't enter in the Instagram or TikTok ID, we will not have their username(s) on file in LoudCrowd.
