What are the LoudCrowd User Permissions?

We have two permission levels, Owner and User. Below is an outline of the permission levels.

LOUDCROWD USER PERMISSIONS

How do I set up a new user?

You will only be able to set up a new user if you have Owner status.

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users

  2. Click "Invite User"

  3. Select the permission level you'd like them to recieve

  4. The Invitee will receive an email with a link to create a password

LOUDCROWD INVITE USERS

How do I manage my users?

To Delete a User:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users

  2. Click the 3 dots beside the username you'd like to delete

  3. Select "Remove User"

  4. The user will not be notified they've lost access to the platform

LOUDCROWD REMOVE USERS

To Update/Change permissions:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Users

  2. Click the Permission Levels dropdown beside the username you'd like to manage

  3. Update permission level to User/Owner

  4. The user will not be notified of updated access

LOUDCROWD UPDATE PERMISSIONS

Frequently Asked Questions:

Does the invitation link expire?

Yes, the invitation to the platform expires in 7 days. Should you need to resend a link, you can do so by clicking the three dots beside the pending invite.

What does "Pending" mean?

Pending means the user has not yet set up their password using the invitation link.

How many users can I set up?

You can see your user limit at the top of the User page. We tell you how many active users you have as well as the total number of user allotted.
