How to manage your billing

Learn how to navigate to the billing tab to find the information you're looking for or make updates.

You can manage aspects of your LoudCrowd billing directly from the platform. This includes seeing your account limits, next payment date, plan details, and invoice history. You can also make changes to your billing email and address.

Navigating to the Billing Page

The billing page can be found under the Settings button.

Your Billing Summary

Your billing landing page will contain a summary of your plan details.

  • Plan Type: This is either Enterprise or Measure depending on what you’ve subscribed to. If you're a Measure client and ready for your LoudCrowd Grow program, be sure to contact your dedicated Client Strategist or [email protected].

  • Post Limit: References the number of social posts that can be archived that your plan supports. If you need to upgrade your plan, contact your dedicated Client Strategist or [email protected]

  • Users: the number of user accounts you can add

  • Accounts: the number of social handles you can add. Have another Instagram or TikTok account? Upgrade your limit by contacting your dedicated Client Strategist or [email protected]

Manage My Billing

The Manage My Billing tab will take you to a page that details your current plan including but not limited to your plan type, TikTok/Instagram integrations, additional social or users, etc.

Your invoice history, including dates and amount paid, can be found at the bottom of the page.

Finally, you can make updates to your billing email and address directly from the page. Just hit Update Information and begin making the desired changes.
