The first step to seeing your TikTok data in LoudCrowd is authenticating your account in the platform. Before you authenticate:
You must have LoudCrowd "Owner" access Only LoudCrowd Owners are able to see the "Integrations" section in LoudCrowd. Don't see "Integrations?" Reach out via chat with help upgrading your access.
Confirm you have your Company's TikTok Username and Login You will authenticate with your TikTok Login Credentials. LoudCrowd does not store your password or access your account details without authorization to do so.
Ready to view your TikTok data? 2 steps to authenticate:
Step 1: Add Social Account in LoudCrowd Integrations Navigate to the Integrations tab, then select "Add Instagram Account." A popup will appear to continue authenticating.
Step 2: Authenticate with your TikTok Login Enter your login credentials and select "Login" to complete the Integration.

Do I have to have a TikTok Account? Does it need to be active?
Yes, you must have a TikTok account as we track mentions of your handle (@handle). However, you don't have to actively create content (but may we suggest doing a TikTok Happy Hour with your team? We do!)
Am I able to track hashtags?
You will see hashtags used in the caption of videos your brand is tagged in and search for hashtags used in videos you are tagged in in the Content Section. You will not be able to see videos from a particular hashtag unless you are mentioned (@handle) in the video.
Does this include Historic Data?
Yes, we collect 90 days prior to date of authentication.
How are Impressions Calculated? EMV?
Impressions is number of views on the post. EMV is calculated by a $30 CPM on Impressions.
Can I see comments or videos where I was tagged in the comments?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
Can I download the image without the TikTok Watermark?
