Send your program members points by integrating with LoyaltyLion!

Find your LoyaltyLion keys:

  1. Log in to LoyaltyLion

  2. Navigate to "Manage"

3. Find "Configuration" and select "Settings"

4. Scroll down to find your personal Token and secret:

Integrate Loyalty Lion with LoudCrowd

  1. Log in LoudCrowd

  2. Go to Integrations

  3. Under Outbound, click Add Integration

4. Select Loyalty Lion

5. Unde API Key, enter your LoyaltyLion Token. Under API Secret, enter your Loyalty Lion Secret.

6. Click Save

Now that the integration is complete, it's time to set up your rewards!

To set up Rewards in LoudCrowd:

  1. Log into LoudCrowd

  2. Navigate to Settings -> click Rewards

  3. Select Add Reward

  4. Create your Reward Name (ex. 100 points) and select Loyalty Lion as the Delivery Method

  5. Create the Event ID. You'll be inserting this event ID to Loyalty Lion as an identifier, so it can only contain lowercase letters and the _ symbol. For example, use loudcrowd_100points, loudcrowd_200points, and so on.

  6. Click Save

To set up the rewards in Loyalty Lion:

  1. Log in to Loyalty Lion

  2. Navigate to the Manage Tab

3. Go to Activity Rules, then Create a New Rule

4. Select Custom Rule

5. Under Identifier, enter in the Event ID you used for your Reward in LoudCrowd (ex. loudcrowd_100points).

6. Enter the number of points you would like to give this rule (ex. 100 points)

7. For the Approval Method, select Immediate

8. You can then choose a limit for this rule/reward and how many times it can be completed.

9. For Display, you can choose how this rule will show to the customer on your LoyaltyLion user interface. Add the title and notification to the rule.

10. The Description field accepts HTML. You can direct your customers to sign up for your Ambassador Program here by including your Program's landing page link in the description.

11. Select "Create Rule"

12. Give it a few seconds, then your rule should appear on your loyalty page or widget! Have Questions? Contact [email protected]
