It’s time to complete your end of month fulfillment for your Ambassador or Rewards Program. Here’s how to do it!
To get started on end of month fulfillment within LoudCrowd:
Navigate to the Programs tab
Select View Program
Select the Members tab
What filters do I need to apply in order to send out our rewards?
Click +Add Filter
Click Post Date -> Between -> select the 1st of the month and last day of the month
Click +Add Filter again
Click Post Info -> select Mention Type -> select either Tag and Caption Mention (In-Feed posts) or Story
Click +Add Filter again
Click Post Info again -> select Post Status -> select Approved
Click +Add Filter for the last time
Select Activity -> Post Count -> enter in the number of posts needed to earn a reward
Now that I have my members who earned a tiered reward, what do I do?
Select All of your members who appear in your search results after applying the above filters
Click on the Actions drop down button
Select Send Reward
Select the Reward these members earned, select the Send Via Email button
Examples:
If you are rewarding for 5 in-feed posts / month for the month of December, here are the filters you would apply:
Post Date -> Between -> December 1-31
Post Info -> Mention Type -> Tag and Caption Mention
Post Info -> Post Status -> Approved
Activity -> Post Count -> Minimum = 5, Maximum = leave blank
If you’re rewarding for 3 stories / month for the month of July, here are the filters you would apply:
Post Date -> Between -> July 1-31
Post Info -> Mention Type -> Story
Post Info -> Post Status -> Approved
Activity -> Post Count -> Minimum = 3, Maximum = leave blank
FAQs
If I’m rewarding for my first and middle tier, what do I need to set the post count parameters to?
Let’s say your rewards are based on 1 post / month, 3 posts / month, 5 posts / month.
To find the first tier, you would set the Post Count filter to minimum = 1, maximum = 1
For your middle tier, you would set the Post Count filter to minimum = 3, maximum = 4
For your top tier, you would set the Post Count filter to minimum = 5, maximum = leave blank
Do I have to send my rewards via email?
While that is the preferred method for bulk fulfillment, you do not need to send it via email! Select the 1 customer you’d like to reward.
Once their profile is open, select the purple Send Gift button in the top right corner.
Select the Manual (Copy Code) option from the reward you’d like to fulfill
Now that discount code is copied. You can paste it into a direct message to your ambassador.
