With LoudCrowd you have access to two key exports: an export of your UGC content and an export of your customers that have tagged you on Instagram. These CSV exports allow you to manipulate and incorporate key data points for your stakeholder reports. Here's how to access your CSV files!

Exporting Your UGC Content and Associated Data

  1. Navigate to the Content tab

  2. Find the content you'd like to include in your export by utilizing filters (dates, follower counts, caption search, etc.)

  3. Click the Select button to then start picking the content you'd like to include in the export. If you want to select all of the content that resulted from your filters, just hit the Select All button.

  4. Once you have all of the content that you'd like include, hit the export button.

  5. Your resulting report will contain: URL, Post Date, Username, Caption, Likes, Comments, Impressions, Engagement, EMV, and Follower Count

Exporting Your Customers that have Tagged You and Associated Data

  1. Navigate to the Social CRM tab

  2. Find your customers of interest utilizing filters (follower counts, biography search, engagement rate, number of posts)

  3. Start selecting the customers you would like to include in your export, or hit the Select All button to export all of the users that resulted from your filtering/searching.

  4. Once you have all of the customers of interest, navigate to the Actions button and then hit Export

  5. The resulting CSV file will contain: Username, Email (if available), Post Count, Followers, Date of Last Tag, Average Engagement, Total Impressions

Note: You can export your Ambassador data the same way by either using a Segment filter OR going to Programs -> Your Program -> Members

What are some examples of things I can do now?

  • Show your stakeholders how successful your last Giveaway program was by summing the Impressions and EMV of those posts.

  • Determine the average EMV of your In-Feed Posts vs. your Stories Posts

  • Determine the median EMV of your In-Feed Posts vs. your Stories Posts

  • Export a list of your top customers to invite to your brand's next big product launch
