LoudCrowd’s AI Creator Discovery feature helps you find high-fit Instagram creators directly within the platform using Instagram’s Creator Marketplace integration. To use this feature, your Instagram business account must have Creator Marketplace enabled and connected to LoudCrowd during authentication.

Before You Start
Before reconnecting your Instagram account, make sure your business account is enrolled in Instagram’s Creator Marketplace.

Not all business accounts qualify immediately
Some accounts may need to complete Meta business verification before access is granted
How to Connect Creator Marketplace to LoudCrowd
Once Creator Marketplace is enabled on your Instagram account, you’ll need to reauthenticate your Instagram connection in LoudCrowd.
Step 2: Reauthenticate Your Instagram Account
Follow the instructions in our authentication guide:
During the authentication process, Meta may show one of the following statuses for your account:
Eligible, Not Yet Joined
If your account is eligible but not enrolled yet:
Click Accept
Agree to Meta’s Terms of Service
Continue the authentication flow
Not Currently Eligible
If your account requires verification:
Click Verify business
Complete Meta’s verification process
Wait up to 48 hours for approval
Reconnect your Instagram account in LoudCrowd once verification is complete
Not Eligible
If your account does not meet Meta’s requirements:

Final Step
After accepting the required permissions and completing authentication, LoudCrowd will be able to access Creator Marketplace data for your Instagram account, enabling AI Creator Discovery features within the platform.
