Your Creator Hub Guide

A full tour of your Creator Hub — your links, earnings, rewards, messages, and programs, and how to log in.

Written by Customer Success

Your Creator Hub is your home base for every brand partnership — your links, your earnings, your rewards, and your messages, all in one place.

How to log in

  1. Enter the email address you used for your partnership

  2. Check your email for your one-time code and enter it

Work with more than one brand? Use the brand selector at the top of your Dashboard and Earnings tabs to switch between partnerships.

Navigating your Hub

Your Hub is organized into tabs along the top:

  • Dashboard — your profile, the Link Builder, your sales history, and performance insights

  • Earnings — commissions, payout breakdown, commission tier, and any rewards or gifts you've earned

  • Messages — your inbox for messages from your brand

  • Programs — the programs you're in, plus new ones you can discover and apply to

Your Dashboard

The Link Builder turns any page on your brand's website into a trackable link that earns you commission:

  1. Find the product or page you want to promote and copy its URL

  2. Paste it into the Link Builder

  3. Click CREATE

  4. Copy your link and share it

If your program includes a storefront, you'll also see a Share Your Storefront Links dropdown next to it — your main storefront, your Shop my posts feed, and every collection you've built, each ready to copy in one tap. If your program doesn't include a storefront, you'll see your personal affiliate link here instead, which works for any purchase on the brand's site.

Your discount: if your program offers one, this section also shows your personal discount code and any automatic link discount, so your audience saves at checkout while your sales still get tracked.

Your performance

  • Sales history — the orders credited to you, each with its date, total revenue, your commission, and where it sits in the approval flow

  • Link performance — which links drive the most clicks, orders, conversions, and commission, with a sortable View All Links view for the full breakdown

  • Top products — when your brand enables it, your best sellers alongside the program's overall bestsellers, so you know what to feature next

  • Content — your recent posts and their approval status

Your Earnings

The Earnings tab is where you track what you're making. It breaks into three categories:

  • Sales Awaiting Approval — orders go through an approval period before they become payable. Typical wait is 14–30 days, but confirm the exact window with your brand.

  • Approved & Awaiting Payment — commission cleared for payment in an upcoming cycle, shown alongside the revenue that earned it.

  • All Time Earnings — total sales you've driven and total commission earned across the partnership.

Your sales move Awaiting Approval → Approved & Awaiting Payment → Paid Out, and paid-out commission rolls into your All Time Earnings. The full breakdown, including how payouts work.

Your commission details

This section shows your current commission tier and rates, what it takes to reach the next tier, and how you earn on different products.

Rewards & gifts

Depending on your program, rewards can include discount codes, free product, or gift cards.

Tasks & milestones: many programs reward you for hitting goals — Monthly Credits that reset on the 1st, and Milestones earned once based on your all-time customers. Each shows your progress so you always know how close you are.

Gifts from your brand: your brand can also send rewards directly, outside of tasks and milestones. They land in your Reward Wallet like anything else you've earned.

Claiming: for a discount code or free product, a Claim button appears once you've earned it, and your code is saved to your Reward Wallet so you can find and copy it anytime. Gift cards work differently — there's no code, the value is added to your gift card balance for that brand.

Your Messages

The Messages tab is your inbox for what your brand sends you — announcements, code reminders, campaign kickoffs. Unread messages are marked with a dot, and if you work with several brands you can filter by partnership.

If your brand has replies enabled, you'll see a Write a reply… box and can respond in the thread. Not every brand turns this on.

Worth knowing: a message sent only to your Hub inbox won't email you, so it's worth opening this tab when you log in. More on messages and notifications.

Your Programs

The Programs tab brings all your partnerships together and helps you find new ones. Under Discover Programs you can browse brand programs you're not in yet and apply to the ones that fit your audience. Each card shows the brand, the program name, an Apply button, and a Learn More link when the brand has posting guidelines to share. More on finding and joining programs.

FAQ

Q: When and how do I get paid? Payouts go out monthly for approved commission — check your Earnings tab for your next payout date. When a payout is sent you'll usually get an email from the brand's payout provider (such as Tremendous) with a link to claim it and choose how you'd like to be paid. There's no need to enter bank details ahead of time.

Q: Why are my recent sales still awaiting approval? Every sale goes through a verification period for accuracy and fraud prevention. This is standard across affiliate programs.

Q: Can I track clicks on my links? Yes — the performance section on your Dashboard shows clicks, conversion, and which links drive the most orders and commission.

Q: What if I work with multiple brands? Use the brand selector at the top of your Hub to switch partnerships, or open the Programs tab to see them all. Each view is specific to that partnership.

Q: How do I find and join new programs? Open ProgramsDiscover Programs, browse what's available, and click Apply on anything that interests you. If a program you expected is missing, try the Try another email option — brands invite you on whatever address they have on file.

Q: Can I reply to my brand in the Hub? If your brand has replies enabled, yes — type in the Write a reply… box on any message. If you don't see one, that inbox is read-only and your brand will tell you how best to reach them.

Q: How do I claim a reward or gift? Rewards live on the Earnings tab. Complete a task, open an available gift, or check for gifts your brand sent directly, then click Claim. Your code is saved to your Reward Wallet.

Q: How do I advance to a higher commission tier? Check the Commission Details section on your Earnings tab for your current tier requirements. Advancement is usually based on sales volume or content performance over time.

Q: What should I do if my content gets rejected? Review your brand's content guidelines, adjust, and resubmit. Your recent posts often include feedback on why something was rejected.
