How to access and log in

Getting to your Hub:

  1. Enter your email address — the same one used for your partnership

  2. Check your email for your one-time code and enter it to access your Hub

Multi-brand partnerships: If you work with multiple brands, use the brand selector at the top of your Dashboard and Earnings tabs to switch between partnerships

Navigating your Hub

Your Hub is organized into tabs along the top. Each one is a different part of your partnership:

Your Dashboard

Your Dashboard is the home base for each brand partnership. Here's what you'll find on it:

Your Affiliate Links

Your link builder: turn any product page from the brand's website into a trackable link that earns you commission. Your tracking link ensures you get credit for any sales that come from your promotion.

Your base affiliate link: This is your unique affiliate link that works for any purchase on the brand's website. If your program includes a storefront, you'll also see quick links to share it — your main storefront, a "Shop My Posts" feed, and any collections you've created.

Your discount: If your program offers a discount, this section also shows your personal discount code (and any automatic link discount) so your audience saves at checkout while your sales get tracked.

Your Performance

Your dashboard also shows how your promotions are doing, so you know what to lean into:

  • Sales History: See the orders attributed to you, so you can confirm you're getting credit for the sales you drive. Each order shows its date, total revenue, your commission, and a status:

  • Link performance: See which of your links drive the most clicks, orders, conversions, and commissions — with a sortable "View All Links" view for the full breakdown

  • Top products: When your brand enables it, see your best-performing products alongside the program's overall bestsellers, so you know what to feature next

  • Content: Track your recent posts and their approval status (approved, pending, or needs revision)

Your Earnings

The Earnings tab is where you track the money you're making and everything that affects it. Understanding your earnings is simple with three main categories:

  • Sales Awaiting Approval

    • Orders go through an approval period before becoming payable

    • Typical wait time is 14-30 days for verification, but confirm the exact timeframe with your brand partner

  • Approved & Awaiting Payment (approved and ready)

    • Commissions cleared for payment in an upcoming payment cycle

    • Shows both commission amount and total revenue generated

  • All Time Earnings

    • Total sales you've driven across all time

    • Total commissions earned throughout your partnership

Your sales typically move from Awaiting ApprovalApproved & Awaiting PaymentPaid Out (which rolls into your All Time Earnings).

Your Commission Details

Your commission section shows:

  • Your current commission tier and rates

  • Requirements for advancing to higher tiers

  • A clear breakdown of how you earn on different products

Rewards & Gifts

The Earnings tab is also where you'll find your earning opportunities and the rewards you've earned. Depending on your program, rewards can include discount codes, free product gifts, gift cards, or site credit.

Tasks & milestones: Many programs reward you for hitting goals — monthly tasks that reset on the 1st, and milestones based on your all-time results. Each one shows your progress (for example, "3 of 5 posts"), so you always know how close you are to your next reward.

Claiming & redeeming: When you've earned a reward, a Claim or Redeem button appears. Once you claim it, your code is saved to your Reward Wallet so you can find and copy it anytime under Rewards. Gift cards work as a running balance you can redeem at checkout whenever you're ready.

Your Messages

The Messages tab is your inbox for messages your brand sends you directly — things like program announcements, affiliate code reminders, and campaign kickoffs. Open any message to read it in full, and if you work with more than one brand, you can filter your inbox by partnership.

Messages in your Hub are read-only — if a brand needs a response from you, they'll let you know how to reach them.

Your Programs

The Programs tab brings all of your brand partnerships together and helps you find new ones. You can also browse brand programs you're not in yet and apply to the ones that fit your audience. Each program card shows the brand's logo and name, the program name, and an Apply button — along with a Learn More link when the brand has posting guidelines to share.

FAQ

Q: When and how do I get paid? A: Payouts are made monthly for all approved commissions — check your Earnings tab for your next payout date. When a payout is sent, you'll typically receive an email from the brand's payout provider (such as Tremendous) with a link to claim your payment and choose how you'd like to receive it. There's no need to enter bank account details ahead of time.

Q: Why are my recent sales still "awaiting approval"? A: All sales go through a verification period to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud. This is standard across affiliate marketing programs.

Q: Can I track clicks on my links? A: Yes. The performance section on your Dashboard shows clicks, conversion, and which links drive the most orders and commissions.

Q: What if I work with multiple brands? A: Use the brand selector at the top of your Hub to switch between partnerships, or open the Programs tab to see them all. Each Hub view is customized for that specific relationship.

Q: How do I find and join new programs? A: Open the Programs tab and go to Discover Programs. Browse the available brand programs and click Apply on any that interest you to complete the sign-up.

Q: Will brands message me in the Hub? A: Yes. Messages from your brand land in the Messages tab. They're read-only, so there's nothing to reply to — but they're a great way to catch announcements and reminders.

Q: How do I claim a reward or gift? A: If your program offers rewards, you'll find them on the Earnings tab. Complete a task or open an available gift, click Claim or Redeem, and your code is saved to your Reward Wallet so you can find it again anytime.

Q: How do I advance to higher commission tiers? A: Check the Commission Details section on your Earnings tab for your current tier requirements. Typically, advancement is based on sales volume or content performance over time.
