This process is specific to brands with custom E-Commerce sites. If your site is on Shopify, reference this article.

What is Inspire Me?

Inspire Me is a tool within your creator storefront that makes it easy for creators to curate their pages. It features recommended products and collections selected by your brand, which creators can add to their storefronts with one click.

It’s designed to reduce decision fatigue, especially for new creators, by providing a launch-ready set of top products - often including your bestsellers, seasonal launches, or high-priority SKUs.

Why It Matters

  • Drives Creator Engagement: Over 60% of products added by creators come from Inspire Me.

  • Supports Onboarding: It’s often the first place creators go when setting up their storefront.

  • Promotes Key Products: Highlight what's new, what’s trending, or what’s being featured in your latest campaign.

  • Keeps Collections Fresh: With easier tools for editing, brands are updating more frequently - and creators are responding.

Managing Inspire Me with a Master Storefront

To simplify updates, you can designate one of your creator storefronts as your master storefront. This storefront becomes the source of truth for the Inspire Me experience. Everything you build there - collections, featured products - can be synced into the Inspire Me tab.

Steps to Set It Up

  1. Choose a Master Storefront
Pick a creator storefront to manage Inspire Me. This should be reserved specifically for curation, and we often recommend using a storefront linked to your brand Instagram account.

  2. Build Your Collections
Using the creator tools on the storefront, create collections that reflect your seasonal themes, new arrivals, or marketing priorities.

  3. Set the Default Product List
The first 10 products shown to new creators in Inspire Me come from the featured collection on your master storefront.

    • Be sure only one collection is featured to keep this predictable.

    • If more than one is featured, the system will use internal logic to choose—usually the first or most recent.

    • Products shown are typically the top-listed or most recently added to that collection.

  4. Sync Your Updates
Once your updates are live on the master storefront, reach out to your Client Strategy contact. They'll coordinate getting the collections synced into Inspire Me.

This sync is currently manual, so it’s important to notify your CS Contact when you've made changes.

When to Update Inspire Me

Keep content fresh and relevant by syncing updates with your brand’s marketing and product release cycles. Suggested cadences:

  • Weekly or monthly updates

  • In coordination with major drops, campaigns, or seasonal moments

  • Include Inspire Me guidance in your creator onboarding so creators know where to look and how often to check for updates

How Many Products and Collections Should You Add?

  • Collections: Limit to 10 or fewer to avoid overwhelming creators.

  • Products per Collection: Aim for 5 to 50 products per collection, depending on the theme.
